Smashed

I have now started a nice gentle show called The Merry Widow (I have seen a few of those in my time) A very gentle blow and no drama. Many many years ago I got involved with a girl and a relationship that was doomed from the outset. Today,, I walked past her in the street. I almost did not recognise her so i think i have probably worn a little better than she has. It is strange, but at the time, you never think that your broken heart will mend.....but it does and time is the healer they all talk about. If I could have my time again it is certainly one relationship that I would not get involved with again. Talk about getting burnt...ouch it was painful. Ah well that is the great thing about life. We are given lessons every day, but some are more major than others.
