Anxiety and Depression has no respect for age, looks, height, weight, sex or rich or poor. It can gradually creep up on you at any time. Watching the new Batman film last night, I was struck by how brilliant Heath Ledger was. You would think that he was a man just starting out on the journey of success. yet he was filled with self doubts and demons. It was an accidental overdose of an anti-anxiety drug and sleeping tablets that took his life. I wish more money could be poured into research on the subject so that a cure not a coping medication could be found, to rid the millions of people who suffer in the world.
