Plumbing

Part results of a blood test showed that my Cholesterol is high. 10 years ago it would have been considered normal, but now the level is supposed to be much lower. despite me exercising 3 times a week. Not having a frying pan in the house. never using butter and drinking Skimmed milk (or white water as my partner calls it) I still have these orrible HDL/LDL (ok one is good) floating round my arteries. I can hear them clogging up even as i type!!!! So it is back to Doc for some more advice. I have changed my diet anyway eating just beans and fibre which is a great laugh when I am in a confined space with my workmates ho ho. reminds me of the bloke who went to the docs, and he said i have bad news for you. You need to take one of these tablets for the rest of your life. But you have only given me 6 said the worried patient. yes said the Doctor and you should have started them 3 days ago. Actually there are those who's bodies produce this nasty chemical naturally, and I am afraid I am one of them.
